Castlestone management - overview

A document management system was built to enable sharing of pdfs, word documents and other files between all of their offices; through a secure web-based system.

The below describes the document management system functionality in more detail.

Permissions - the ability to specify which users have read-only access and those that have full access.

Files/directories - the ability to upload/download/edit/delete/move and select multiple files and directories.

Backups - Automatic backups every 24 hours. Creates a copy of each file in a separate directory which is also accessible through the document management system.
