Halfapercent - overview
A very advanced property management system was written for Halfapercent. It handles most of the company's day-to-day operations and is used by all of the employees at Halfapercent.

Quick/advanced property search, featured properties, scrolling marquee, photos, floorplans, IPIX and Panoweaver virtual tours, Google map and Multimap integration, printable brochure, arrange a viewing, register interest, mortgage calculator, email a friend.
Lead generation for affiliate mortgage brokers, surveyors and solicitors.
Vendor/landlord/property/sales/lettings applicant registration.
Applicant login - personal details, property requirements, property viewings, property feedback, unsubscribe. Retrieve forgotten password.
Vendor/landlord login - personal details, viewings availability, viewings, feedback summary, exposure/feedback (property viewing statistics from Halfapercent, Rightmove and Findaproperty), deal tracker. Retrieve forgotten password.
All dynamic web pages are search engine optimised to generate more leads directed to the Halfapercent website.

Halfapercent management system
Secure user login, system shortcuts.
Sales/lettings properties - negotiator, category, status, price, address, type, bedrooms, receptions, bathrooms, valuations, terms, fees, tenure, ground rent, service charge, lease, borough, tax band, live date, access notes, key code, alarm code, featured, notes logged and stamped with negotiator and date/time, vendors/landlords.
Content - ability to specify heading, featured text, description, area overview, bullet points, photos, floorplans, PDFs, virtual tours, room measurements and descriptions for use on website.
Offers - overview of pending offers on all properties. Ability to log offers made on property (date, asking price, offer, applicant, status). Option to automatically notify vendor/landlord of the offer by email or SMS.
Automated property/applicant matching and matching notifications sent out by email.
Manage vendors, landlords, sales applicants, lettings applicants and other contacts.
Diary - View by negotiator/office. Add/delete (all day) appointment to the diary, select property/applicant. Supported views - day/week/month/year.
Conveyancing (sales only) - overview of stages for sales properties eg.mortgage agreed/exchanged/completed. Vendor/buyer solicitor, mortgage broker, estate agent, surveyor, survey appointment time, chains, sales tracker, completion price, solicitor invoice, date of payment.
Feedback manager - overview of those applicants that are being chased automatically/manually by the system for feedback after their viewing. By default, once a viewing has taken place, the applicant will be sent up to 3 email reminders to provide feedback through their login. Once they have submitted their feedback, this is viewable through the vendor/landlord login.
Take-ons manager - overview of all properties that have been submitted through the website and have not yet gone live.
Lettings/tenancy management - overview of tenancies and lettings management processes and integration of accounts. Reports include move in dates, gas safety checks, tenancy agreements, managed properties, non-managed properties, move out dates, deposits held.
Keys manager - overview of properties, key codes and notes based on key movement.
Invoicing - overview of invoices based on sales/lettings properties or manual invoices (sent to the contacts database).
Viewings - overview of viewings broken down by sales/lettings properties and by viewing stage eg. vendor awaiting to confirm. The various stages of booking a viewing triggers off emails and SMS to the vendor/landlord and applicant.
Documents - invoices, letters, memos, etc. generated into PDF format based on Halfapercent letter-head so that they can be emailed.
Newsletter - ability to select vendors/landlords/applicants by area and send a newsletterto those selected.
Settings - ability to define user accounts, offices, regions, areas, property/applicant/client dropdowns and email templates.
Portal uploads - automated uploading of live properties to a large number of property portals.
